I am sure all of us will have these four staple ingredients - finely shredded coconut, almond flour, honey and coconut cream in our pantry. You can use any other sweetener of your choice to make this. Instead of Coconut cream, you can substitute with any other milk of your choice but the texture will vary.
I shredded dried coconut finely. This makes the ball roll into smooth shape. Also, I measured the coconut after shredding. In a large bowl mix two cups of fine coconut shreds, and one cup of almond flour with 1⁄2 cup of honey, and 1⁄4 cup of coconut cream. Mix them to form a dough. If the mixture is dry add more coconut cream or milk. Shape them into balls and decorate with coconut shreds. Refrigerate these balls to become firm if necessary. The coconut almond balls are ready to serve. It stores in the fridge for 5 days.
